Important Notice and Consent

Before proceeding, please read the following important information carefully and confirm your understanding and agreement. By ticking the checkbox below, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and consented to all of the following:

• Deferred Referral: Vantage Global Financial Services L.L.C. (VGFS) is licensed by the UAE Capital Market Authority (CMA) under Category 5, and acts solely as an introducer and not a broker or counterparty to any trades. Subject to the completion of client due diligence and verification procedures by VGFS, VGFS will refer you to VIG Group (VIG), a Full-Service Investment Dealer licensed by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius. At this juncture, no referral is being made by VGFS to VIG. This referral shall only take effect upon the successful completion and approval of your client verification process by VGFS, and no referral relationship shall be deemed to exist, nor shall any regulated activity be initiated, unless and until the verification process has been successfully completed and approved by VGFS.
• Data Sharing and Onboarding: Your personal data will be shared between VGFS and VIG for the purpose of facilitating your onboarding, account opening, and related financial services. After being referred by VGFS to VIG, VIG shall conduct its own internal review of your onboarding application in line with regulatory requirements in Mauritius and its internal policies and procedures, and your onboarding is subject to VIG's approval at its sole and absolute discretion. No client relationship shall be deemed to exist, nor any regulated activity be initiated, unless and until the onboarding process has been successfully completed and approved by VIG.
• Risk Disclosure: By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree that Contracts for Difference (CFDs) are complex financial instruments traded on margin and carry a high level of risk. Leverage can work against you, and you may incur losses exceeding your initial deposit. You further acknowledge and agree with the associated risk warnings, accept full and informed responsibility for your trading decisions, and confirm that you are opening a real-money trading account at your own discretion and risk. You further confirm that you have carefully considered your financial circumstances, trading objectives, and risk tolerance before choosing to engage in CFD trading or any other financial products and services introduced to you, and you will seek your own independent legal, financial or other tax advice as may be necessary or appropriate to your circumstances.
• Legal Documentation: You acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted all relevant documents provided on the Vantage Markets websites, including but not limited to the Client Introducing Agreement, Risk Disclosures, Privacy Policy, and other applicable legal notices. You understand and confirm your agreement that the Client Introducing Agreement will only take effect upon successful completion of KYC verification by VGFS, and that your trading relationship with VIG under its Client Agreement will only take effect upon the successful referral by VGFS to VIG, and the successful completion of KYC and client onboarding by VIG.
• Servicing and Marketing: You agree to be contacted by Vantage Markets for account-related and marketing purposes, with the option to manage your marketing subscriptions at any time.
