Vantage Prestige - Vantagers Medal Rewards Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Vantage Prestige - Vantagers Medal Rewards ("Promotion") offered by Vantage Global Limited ("Vantage" or "the Company"), a company registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under Registration No. 700271. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is available from 1 April 2026 to 31 December 2026, based on system time ("Promotion Period"), both days inclusive.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to clients who meet the following criteria:

• Must have an STP, ECN, Premium, Cent, Swap Free or TradingView trading account with Vantage.
• Must be a resident of Eligible Countries/Regions.

4. Participation Requirements

To participate, clients must:

• Opt-in to the Promotion via the Client Portal or APP;
• Meet a minimum trade requirements as outlined in the clause of Bonus or Reward Structure.

  Only closed trades on all eligible CFD products opened for three (3) minutes or more will be counted towards this Promotion. All Notional Volume Traded will be calculated from 1 April 2026.

5. Bonus or Reward Structure

• Eligible clients will receive the reward or prize, corresponding to the Vantagers Medal Tier achieved based on their Notional Volume traded during the Promotion Period.

Dedicated Payment Channel and Priority Customer Support services may be provided to certain participants. These services are operational conveniences only and do not affect trading performance, reward eligibility, or regulatory rights. Vantage reserves the right to adjust these services at any time in accordance with applicable laws and operational requirements.

• For Tangible Gift rewards, clients may choose to receive a cash rebate equivalent to 80% of the estimated prize value in place of the physical prize.

Clients should note that the value of this option is not guaranteed and trading activity should always be conducted responsibly in accordance with your risk profile. Participation in this Promotion does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to trade.

A	Vantagers Gifts	Refer to Vantage totebag, polo shirt, cap, or mouse pad. Gifts are subject to availability. Participants must provide a valid delivery address, and Vantage will arrange collection or delivery at its discretion. Vantage reserves the right to adjust collection/delivery arrangements based on operational feasibility.
B	Vantagers Exclusive Events (Every half year)	The events will be held bi-annually, which will be happening in Q2 and Q4 of the year.
C	Vantagers Prestige Gifts	Refer to the Vantage prestige gift box. The gifts provided will be subject to availability and will be delivered.
D	Diamond Club Prestige Dinner (Every half year)	The dinner will be held every half a year, which will be happening in Q3 2026 or Q4 2026 or Q1 2027.
E	Birthday Gifts	The gift will be provided based on the participant’s date of birth as recorded on the client’s national identity document or official identification on file with Vantage. Participants MUST provide the corresponding address to Vantage marketing team within seven (7) calendar days after receiving the birthday gift fulfillment email. Birthday gift fulfillment emails will be sent on the scheduled dates of 1 May 2026, 1 July 2026, 1 September 2026, 1 November 2026, and 1 January 2027, in accordance with the applicable fulfillment cycle as set out in Clause 6(b).

• Clients may view their latest Vantagers Medal Tier via the Client Portal or APP. Vantagers Medal Tier Rewards are subject to change from time to time and are provided based on availability. The applicable rewards shall be determined in accordance with the most recent version published on the Promotion landing page: https://www.vantagemarketssea.com/lp/vantage-prestige/.
• Fulfillment will be based on the notional volume recorded in Vantage’s trading system. Vantage’s determination of notional volume shall be final, except in cases of demonstrable system error or technical malfunction.
• All prizes are subject to availability. Depending on the winner’s eligible country or region, the prize may be fulfilled either as a physical product or as a cash rebate equivalent to 100% of the estimated product value, as determined by Vantage. Vantage will contact the respective winners directly regarding the applicable reward fulfillment method.
• In the event of extraordinary circumstances where a prize becomes unavailable, Vantage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute or replace the prize with an alternate item or voucher of similar estimated value, or to offer a cash equivalent up to 100% of the estimated value of the prize.

6. Prize Fulfillment and Prize Delivery

• For Tangible Gift rewards, the fulfillment will be arranged within 45 calendar days based on the counted notional volume with the achieved tier by the following fulfillment dates as outlined below:

  The prize delivery of the tangible gift rewards will be arranged by mail delivery; clients MUST provide the corresponding address and personal details to Vantage marketing team within 15 calendar days after receiving the reward fulfillment email. The rewards may be disposed of without prior notice after 15 calendar days and participants may not be able to receive the rewards again in the next fulfillment date.

• For Vantagers Medal Tier rewards with remark E - Birthday Gifts
  1. Birthday gift fulfillment emails will be sent in scheduled batches according to the client’s birthday month as set out in the table below.

     Participants must provide the corresponding address and required personal details to the Vantage marketing team within seven (7) calendar days after receiving the birthday gift fulfillment email.

     If participants fail to provide the required details within this period, the reward may be cancelled and disposed of without prior notice after fifteen (15) calendar days, and the participant may not be eligible to receive the birthday gift again in the same fulfillment cycle.

• Prize delivery may be delayed due to operational, logistical, or unforeseen circumstances. Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete address and contact information to Vantage. Vantage will not be liable for any non-delivery or delay caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the participant.

7. Disqualification

Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates any of the Terms;
• Provides false or misleading information; or
• Engages in suspicious trading activities or abusive trading practices, including but not limited to churning, hedging and/or any form of market manipulation.

8. Modification and Termination

Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion, including revoking eligibility for the Promotion and withdrawing or cancelling any unfulfilled rewards. This may occur due to violations of the Terms, engagement in suspicious or abusive trading practices, or where a client’s trading account is suspended, restricted, under investigation, or terminated in accordance with the Client Agreement. Updates or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.

9. Local Laws and Jurisdiction

This Promotion is subject to the laws and regulations of Vanuatu. By participating, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by and resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Vantage's liability in connection with this Promotion is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the estimated retail value of the relevant Prize.

DEFINITIONS

1. System Time refers to the MetaTrader (MT) system time, which operates on GMT+2 or GMT+3, depending on daylight saving time adjustments

2. Eligible Client refers to clients who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the Promotion, as specified in these Terms.

3. Eligible Countries/Regions refers to the countries or regions where the Promotion is accessible to clients through their Client Portal, subject to local laws and regulations.

4. Notional Volume refers to the total value of a derivative contract position, determined by multiplying the underlying asset’s price by the size of the position.
Formula: Notional Volume (USD) = Trading lot X Contract size X Closing price of the underlying assets X End of day product exchange rate to USD.

5. Prize refers to any of the items or rewards specified in the Promotion, including but not limited to physical items, vouchers or cash prizes.

6. Churning refers to the practice of opening and closing CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.

7. Suspicious Trading Activity refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promotion applies only to valid STP, ECN, Premium, Swap Free, TradingView and Cent accounts. Perpetual and Copy Trading accounts, USDT, BTC, and ETH currency accounts are not eligible unless specifically stated.

2. Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are ineligible to participate in any Vantage offers unless otherwise specified.

3. Clients are prohibited from using trading credits for hedging positions. Vantage may revoke any trading credit or profits generated through hedging if violations are detected.

4. New accounts are subject to Vantage's standard approval processes. Clients are responsible for understanding their local laws and regulations prior to application.

5. Clients should ensure that their trading activities align with their individual risk preferences, as this Promotion is not intended to alter the client's risk appetite or trading strategy.

6. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Vantage harmless from any claims arising from participation in offers, including violations of terms or applicable laws.

7. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
